Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Shipping is free on every order over €50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns

Not the right piece? You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned when the seal is unbroken.

To start a return, send us a message via the contact page with your order number. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
